Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VerbCount(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the tools
VerbCount provides free, browser-based text utilities. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Because the tools run locally in your browser, you are responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own copies of any important text.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service in harmful ways.
- Do not misrepresent the Service or use our branding without permission.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy — including in counting and platform limits — we do not guarantee that results are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Always verify critical limits against the official platform before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerbCount and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data you did not separately save.
Third-party services
The Service may include third-party advertising and analytics, governed by their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
